The Board of Trustees for the Town of Paonia is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to complete a full analysis of the town’s assets. The completed inventory will include 1. GIS mapping of all water, wastewater and storm-water service and distribution lines, 2. An inventory of all assets including buildings, streets, sidewalks and drainage facilities, parks and park equipment, fleet, and water treatment and distribution systems, 3. Evaluation of financial policies, analysis of enterprise funds, analysis of town finances, 4. A depreciation schedule including asset classes, valuations, and useful lives, 5. Identification of capital improvements needed over the next 10 years, including potential costs, prioritization for recommended improvements, and 6. Final capital improvement plan.
